Terms of Sale & Pre-Order Terms

These Terms of Sale govern all commercial transactions, waitlist allocations, pre-orders, digital licenses, and physical print sales conducted through aimonologues.co (the "Service"), operated by The AI Monologues ("we", "us", or "our"). By requesting an allocation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Commercial Purpose & Enterprise Entity

The AI Monologues is a commercial publishing, media production, and creative computing venture. We design, produce, and sell physical monographs, archival prints, syndicated digital media, and executive editorial gifting collections under IRC § 162 ordinary business operations.

2. Print Allocations & Pre-Orders

Volume I: The Unspoken Epoch and related physical editions are limited production works.

• Allocation Requests: Submitting your email to the waitlist secures priority reservation in the numbered first impression sequence. No payment is captured at initial allocation request.
• Pre-Order Conversion: Prior to press binding, waitlist members receive a direct invitation to complete order checkout (including shipping address and applicable sales tax).
• Binding Specifications: Production specifications (Smyth-sewn lay-flat binding, Dutch buckram cloth, Munken Pure 140gsm stock, foil-stamped obsidian slipcase) represent our committed press standard. In the event of catastrophic supply-chain paper mill substitution, materials of equivalent or superior archival grade will be utilized.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Processing

All listed prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party processors (Stripe). State and local sales taxes are collected where legally required.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

Physical orders are dispatched via tracked courier (USPS Priority, UPS, or DHL Express for international deliveries). Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at final checkout. International recipients are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs tariffs levied by the destination country.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Waitlist reservations may be canceled at any time without penalty prior to payment processing. For paid physical orders, cancellations are honored prior to shipping dispatch. Damaged or defective volumes will be replaced promptly upon photographic verification of shipment transit damage.

6. Intellectual Property & Satirical Disclaimer

All monologues, typography, visual layouts, code simulators, and audio recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of The AI Monologues. Content is presented as a satirical dramatization of cognitive machine reasoning and does not represent confidential disclosures or operational leaks from actual artificial intelligence labs.
